2. Building a tailored recruitment strategy
Once the need is defined, we develop a customized recruitment strategy.
Depending on the profile sought, we leverage:

- Modern tools (LinkedIn, specialized platforms…)
We also write a compelling job advertisement, aligned with your identity, to attract the right candidates.
Each action is carefully planned, respecting your timelines and budget.
3. Identifying and pre-selecting the most relevant profiles
Our team actively searches for candidates matching your criteria.
We review incoming applications and also approach passive candidates.
Each CV is carefully analyzed, followed by an initial discussion to validate:
- Motivation
- Fit with the position
- Candidate expectations
This pre-selection phase saves you time and ensures aligned profiles.
4. Evaluating with rigor… and respect
Interviews are at the heart of our process.
We meet selected candidates (in person or via video) to assess:
- Technical skills
- Soft skills
- Compatibility with your environment
Tests or practical scenarios may be used to refine the evaluation. We also check references with discretion and professionalism.
Our goal: to provide you with an honest, detailed, and reliable assessment.
5. presenting a targeted shortlist of candidates
We don’t overwhelm you with CVs. We present a shortlist of 2 to 4 carefully selected candidates, each with a complete file:
- CV
- Interview summary
- Structured evaluation
- Personality assessments
We then coordinate interviews with your team, facilitating communication and advising you throughout the process.
6. Finalizing the recruitment and securing onboarding
Once your decision is made, we support you with:
- Offer negotiation (salary, benefits, conditions)
- Contract signing
- Onboarding phase
Our support continues during the probation period. A review can also be conducted during the first year, upon request and at no additional cost, to ensure the recruitment is a success for both you and the candidate.
7. Closing the mission and strengthening the partnership
At the end of the assignment, we finalize administrative aspects (invoicing, archiving) and conduct a feedback review with you.
